1. इन शर्तों की स्वीकृति
ये शर्तें आपके और Viewpoint Application Ltd के बीच समझौता हैं, जो VP Apps & Games के नाम से BITI चलाती है। खाता बनाने या BITI उपयोग करने पर आप इन शर्तों, गोपनीयता नीति और लागू नियमों को स्वीकार करते हैं। जो अधिकार कानूनन हटाए नहीं जा सकते वे बने रहते हैं।
2. पात्रता और आयु
BITI 16 वर्ष या उससे अधिक उम्र के लोगों के लिए है। सही जन्मतिथि देना जरूरी है। 16 और 17 वर्ष के उपयोगकर्ताओं पर अतिरिक्त सुरक्षा लागू हो सकती है। भुगतान वाले gifts और Creator Earnings केवल पात्र 18 वर्ष या उससे अधिक आयु के वयस्कों के लिए हैं।
3. आपका खाता
आपको सही जानकारी देनी चाहिए, login details सुरक्षित रखनी चाहिए और account compromise का संदेह होने पर हमें बताना चाहिए। कानून अलग न कहे तो account activity की जिम्मेदारी आपकी है।
4. प्रोफ़ाइल और दृश्यता
प्रोफ़ाइल Public या Private हो सकती है और हर BITI Private, Shared या Public हो सकता है। व्यक्तिगत या संवेदनशील जानकारी साझा करने से पहले सही visibility चुनें।
5. आपकी सामग्री और स्वामित्व
आप अपनी सामग्री पर मौजूदा अधिकार रखते हैं। आप हमें BITI चलाने, आपकी settings लागू करने, service moderate करने और कानून का पालन करने के लिए जरूरी सीमा तक सामग्री host, store, process, display और transmit करने की non exclusive worldwide licence देते हैं।
6. स्वीकार्य उपयोग
BITI का उपयोग illegal activity, abuse, harassment, fraud, spam, impersonation, exploitation, rights infringement, malware, service manipulation या हमारी rules द्वारा prohibited conduct के लिए नहीं किया जा सकता।
7. मैसेजिंग, समूह और सहयोग
Messages, groups और collaboration features जिम्मेदारी से उपयोग करें। Shared space की access वाले लोग लागू permissions के अनुसार वहाँ साझा की गई सामग्री देख सकते हैं।
8. निमंत्रण और लिंक
Invitations और links उचित तरीके से ही भेजें। उन्हें spam, harassment या unwanted communication के लिए उपयोग न करें।
9. BITI Official
BITI Official service messages, account और security information, birthday messages और product news भेज सकता है। Promotional communication कानून और आपकी preferences के अनुसार भेजी जाएगी।
10. BITI AI
AI features गलत परिणाम दे सकती हैं। परिणाम पर भरोसा करने से पहले जांचें और BITI AI का उपयोग illegal या prohibited activities के लिए न करें।
11. BITI Free और विज्ञापन
Free version में स्पष्ट रूप से label की गई Sponsored सामग्री हो सकती है। Privacy choices, age और consent requirements advertising और measurement पर लागू होती हैं।
12. BITI+ सदस्यताएँ
BITI+ subscriptions खरीद के समय बताई गई paid features देती हैं। Billing, renewal और cancellation app store या payment provider संभाल सकते हैं और उनकी rules तथा consumer law लागू होंगे।
13. BITI+ Together
BITI+ Together कुछ benefits पात्र लोगों के साथ साझा करने दे सकता है। Account holder और members को product में दिखाए eligibility rules और limits पूरे करने होंगे।
14. Cheers, Gifts और Creator Earnings
Cheers और अन्य virtual balances पैसे नहीं हैं और साफ तौर पर अनुमति न होने तक cash out नहीं किए जा सकते। Creator Earnings पात्र creators के लिए अलग balance है और verification, tax information तथा payout provider की जरूरत हो सकती है।
15. Creator accounts और monetisation
Monetisation age, country, verification, activity, originality, account standing, fraud prevention और अन्य प्रकाशित criteria पर निर्भर हो सकती है। Paid partnerships और affiliate relationships को जरूरत होने पर disclose करना होगा।
16. Affiliate links और third party services
BITI या creators affiliate links उपयोग कर सकते हैं। Third party websites, products, bookings और services अपने terms और policies के अधीन हैं।
17. Moderation, reporting, removal और appeals
हम illegal, harmful, fraudulent या rule breaking content पहचानने और कार्रवाई के लिए automated systems और human review उपयोग कर सकते हैं। हम features limit, content remove, accounts suspend कर सकते हैं और उचित स्थिति में review या appeal का रास्ता दे सकते हैं।
18. Account suspension और termination
आप BITI उपयोग बंद कर सकते हैं और account deletion मांग सकते हैं। Serious या repeated violations, security risks, fraud, legal requirements या misuse के कारण हम account restrict, suspend या terminate कर सकते हैं।
19. Service changes और availability
हम features जोड़, बदल या बंद कर सकते हैं। Paid features या important rights को प्रभावित करने वाले major changes के लिए जहाँ संभव और कानूनन जरूरी हो उचित notice देने की कोशिश करेंगे।
20. Liability और consumer rights
इन शर्तों से ऐसी liability सीमित नहीं होती जिसे कानून exclude करने नहीं देता। उन rights के अधीन BITI हमारे reasonable control से बाहर events, user information, third party services या केवल unverified content पर आधारित decisions से हुए losses के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं है।
21. Privacy
Privacy Policy बताती है कि हम कौन सा data process करते हैं, क्यों, किसके साथ share करते हैं, कितने समय रखते हैं और आपके rights क्या हैं।
22. इन शर्तों में बदलाव
Product, legal, security या business changes के कारण हम Terms update कर सकते हैं। Important changes की सूचना देंगे और mandatory होने पर consent मांगेंगे।
23. लागू कानून और विवाद
ये Terms England and Wales के कानून के अधीन हैं, साथ ही जहाँ आप रहते हैं वहाँ लागू mandatory consumer protections बने रहते हैं। शिकायत के समाधान के लिए पहले Support से संपर्क करें।
